Who we are
Notside, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We are a product engineering studio. This site is notside.com.
What we collect
If you start a project, apply to Summit, or write through Contact or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: name, phone, email, and anything you write about the product. Server logs may include IP address, browser, and the page requested. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
To reply, qualify a project, run Summit applications, and operate the site. Reception email uses the intake you sent. Occasional studio notes go only to people who opted in on the form. To stop those notes, write contact@notside.com.
Who sees it
Notside people working the lead. Hosting, email, and messaging providers that process data on our instructions. Licensed formation partners only if you ask us to coordinate a US entity. We do not sell lists.
How long we keep it
Lead and project records for as long as needed to reply, perform a contract, or meet a legal duty, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the contact details you sent us. Write to contact@notside.com. If you opted into occasional notes, the same address unsubscribes you. If a later analytics or cookie tool is added, we will update this page.
