3 founders / quarter
We don't just build startups. We back them.
Notside puts engineering investment at risk, alongside founder equity. Three founders a quarter. This isn't discounted development. It's shared risk.
We select a small number of startups each quarter, put our engineering on the line, and take equity. You keep the product. We keep skin in the game after launch.

Why Summit
Shared risk
Engineering investment at risk, not a discount on a quote. Equity is how we stay in after launch.
Built with SIDE™
Shape the system. Ideate the experience. Develop as one product. Evolve after launch.
Launch infrastructure
We recommend the entity structure and handle US formation and registration with you.
Selective on purpose
Three founders a quarter. Not every startup is a Summit startup.
How it moves
Three founders a quarter. We take few so the work stays dedicated.
01
Apply
Tell us the product, the founder, and how the first 100 customers find you.
02
Evaluate
We read the application and talk. Fit is founder, market, and distribution — not a video upload.
03
Structure
If it fits, we write the investment, founder contribution, and equity. Examples above are starting shapes.
04
Build
The work moves in SIDE™: Shape, Ideate, Develop, Evolve. You see the station and the next traverse.
05
Launch
Ship the product. Where it fits, we recommend the entity structure and handle US formation and registration.
Not every startup is a Summit startup
We look at the founder, the market, and how the first 100 customers find you.
- A founder who can sell the product, not only describe it
- A market with a real path to the first 100 customers
- Distribution you can name — not “we will post on social”
- Willingness to share risk: equity, milestones, and a founder contribution
Launch infrastructure
For Partner, and when it fits Build, we recommend the entity structure and handle US LLC or C-Corp formation, EIN, and registration with you.
Questions
Can I apply if I am not based in the United States?
Yes. We work with founders worldwide. We recommend the structure and handle US LLC or C-Corp formation, EIN, and bank-account setup with you.
What happens after I apply?
We review the application in a few business days. If selected, we talk about the product, the technical scope, and whether a shared-risk structure fits.
Is acceptance guaranteed if I apply?
No. Three founders a quarter. We look for a committed founder, a real market, and a path to the first 100 customers.
What if I do not have technical knowledge?
That is why Summit exists. You bring the vision and distribution. We put engineering investment on the line.
Do I pick Launch, Build, or Partner from a menu?
No. Those are example structures. After evaluation we write the one that matches the actual scope — or we decline.
What happens to the equity after the program?
Typical ranges are 3–5%, 5–7%, or negotiated 7–10%. Nothing is defaulted to 12%. Equity is documented only if we accept you and sign.
How long does development take?
A focused Launch MVP is typically weeks, not a six-month agency cycle. Larger Partner work takes longer. Work moves in SIDE™ sprints with you in the loop.
Do I pay the founder contribution up front?
Payment terms are set at acceptance. Typically we align the founder contribution with development milestones.
Ready to share the risk?
Apply to Notside Summit. If it fits, we back it with engineering — not a discounted invoice.
