The studio
The site is operated by Notside, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Offers, prices, and campaign slots can change. A project starts only when both sides agree in writing.
The site
Content is for information. We may change pages without notice. Do not scrape, attack, or misuse the site. Client Login and /dashboard are for authorized accounts only.
Start and Contact
Submitting /start or /contact is a request to talk, not a contract and not a promise we will take the work. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send.
Summit
Summit is a selective investment program. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Engineering investment and equity are set only if we accept you and sign the partnership documents. Company formation, if included, is coordinated with licensed partners — Notside does not practice law.
Intellectual property
Notside, SIDE, MVP27, and the System Canvas are identifiers of the studio. Site copy and original diagrams belong to Notside, LLC unless a case study names otherwise. Client product IP is handled in the project agreement, not here.
Limits
The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make from marketing copy alone. Paid work is governed by the signed agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
