Problem
Politécnico Martín López needed one campus: grades, attendance, the virtual classroom, and the phone in a parent’s hand — not another spreadsheet plus WhatsApp.
What we did
We designed Atlantis Learn as a multi-tenant school OS. Each institution keeps its own aula and brand. Teachers, students, and families live in the same system.
Product
Students see notes and attendance. Teachers run class without the paper loop. Leadership sees one record.
Outcome
Aula Virtual PML is live at aula.pml.edu.do. More than 600 students use it every day.
What the system does
Academic structure
Periods, grades, sections, rooms, and technical modalities — the campus as a model, not a folder of spreadsheets.
Grades and reports
Traditional marks and technical RA/RO. PDF boletines by student or classroom.
Attendance
Present, late, excused, or virtual — including bulk take and offline on the teacher’s phone.
Virtual classroom
Modules, assignments, and quizzes in the same aula as the rest of campus life.
Analytics and audit
Who is on track, who is at risk, how attendance is going — with a trail when something important changes.
White-label
Logo, colors, and domain of the institution. The student sees their school, not a generic product name.
Apps + 2FA
Student, teacher, and admin on iOS and Android, with two-factor where the institution requires it.
